To make a group reservation must have at least 10 people travelling together in ÖBB please contact us through the contact form. Here are some additional conditions and advantages for you:

• Your group must have at least 10 people travelling together.
• Fill out the group trip inquiry form.
• If applicable, please include an alternate travel option in the "Comments" section.
• You will receive a quote for your trip within 5 working days.
• A deposit of 30% of the trip price is required for fixed bookings.
• You will receive your travel documents/tickets once you have made full payment.
• Seat reservations on trains within Austria are free for groups of ten or more.
• Seat reservations on long-distance trains are required for groups of 25 or more passengers (RJ, RJX, EC, ICE, IC, D).
• When travelling with a Schulcard, there are different rules.
