How can I change my ticket?
Most ÖBB tickets are valid all day on the route and date specified on the ticket, they also must be used to board the same type of train. Any changes to an ÖBB ticket are not allowed. Where possible, you can cancel your booking by clicking on the link on the confirmation email and then making a new one on RailClick.com for the desired itinerary.
