If your ÖBB train is cancelled or delayed for more than 60 minutes, you have 4 options:
Ticket changes, cancellations and refunds

- If the journey you started becomes inconvenient for you, you can immediately return to the point of departure on another of our trains or, if necessary, with another mode of transportation (if such use is included in your ticket), and we will refund you the full fare.
